1. Select your chosen items and proceed to check out, the page does not require a log in to place an order, you can check out as a guest.
2. Please complete your contact details including accommodation details. If your property DOES NOT appear on the drop-down menu, please ensure that you complete the Property Name and Address correctly as per your holiday booking. We cannot be held responsible for non or delayed delivery due to incorrect property name and address details.
3. As we are only able to deliver to properties by consent of the owner, unfortunately there are a small minority of properties that we are unable to deliver to. If your accommodation falls in to this category, we will contact you when we have received your booking to make alternative delivery arrangements.
4. Select how you would like to receive your items;
a. Arrival day delivery (your items will be waiting for you for when you arrive)
b. In resort delivery – We will deliver to you during your stay within a specified time slot
c. Store pick up – Collect your order from one of our abc stores (for store collection, we will select your store based on your accommodation location, unless you advise us otherwise)
5. For In resort delivery and Store pick up - Select your preferred delivery or pick-up time. Choose from 30 minute slots between 08:30 – 15:00 daily. If your order is placed after 15:00 please select a time slot for the following day. Unfortunately, if you are not available to receive your order from us within the time slot that you have selected, an additional attempt at delivery will be chargeable.
6. Enter your payment details. Cards will be charged at the time of order.
7. If you can't find an item you are looking for, please add this in the comments section and if we are able to, we will add it to your order and charge your card accordingly.
8. If you would like your shopping to be delivered in plastic carrier bags, please add this in the comments section of the check-out page and we will provide and charge you accordingly. By default, all orders will be delivered in our own transport crates and will require unpacking upon delivery.
9. For Yachting provisioning – if you have a bespoke order or require luxury items that are not listed in our itinerary, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order.
10. On the rare occasion that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail with alternatives. If you do not want any of the alternatives offered, a refund for the correct amount of the out of stock item will be made in cash, at the time of delivery.
11. It is not the delivery staff’s obligation to store your items, however, they will be left in a convenient location for you and with consideration to the products ordered.
12. Delivery Charges:
a. There is no delivery charge for an order on an Arrival day delivery.
b. Deliveries to all Lindian Collection Properties are free of charge and have no minimum spend.
c. Deliveries to all other properties - Villas, Apartments/Studios, Hotels (excluding Arrival day delivery): Free delivery for orders of €50 or more. A €5 delivery charge will be applied if the order is less than €50.
d. Deliveries to Yachts (excluding Arrival day delivery): Free delivery for orders of €50 or more. A €5 delivery charge will be applied if the order is less than €50.
13. With the exception of Arrival day delivery, you will be required to sign a copy of your order at the time of delivery to verify all items ordered are present.
14. You may cancel your order up until 2 hours before delivery time and the money will be refunded on your card. Within 2 hours of delivery, orders may be cancelled but will still be charged.
15. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
