How to order

Order Guide

Please note you do not need to register to place an order.

• Select items and add them to your basket.
• Once all items have been selected, proceed to check-out.
• Enter all details as requested – we do not require your home address.
• Select the relevant delivery option.

o   Arrival Day delivery should only be selected if you are due to arrive at the property and would like your items waiting for you on your arrival. Please ensure you provide the correct arrival day date (the check-in date on your reservation). Payment is to be received at the time of order. Minimum order €15.00.

o   Yacht Provisioning – items will be delivered directly to your boat. Provide the date you would like to receive delivery.

o   In Resort delivery should only be selected if you are at the property to accept delivery. Select an available date and time you would like to receive delivery. You have the option to pay by card at the time of order or by card/cash at the time of delivery. Orders under €50.00 will incur a €5.00 delivery charge.

• Upon completion of your order and payment you will receive an email confirming payment and your order details. If your payment is unsuccessful, we will email you with a payment link and your order will only be processed once payment is received.

Arrival Day delivery orders are to be received no later than 15:00 local time the date before your reservation arrival date. If received after this time, your order will be delivered the following morning.

Any Arrival Day delivery orders received in place of the In Resort delivery option will incur a delivery charge of €5.00 at the time of delivery (if order value is under €50.00).

Some properties do not allow us access until the guest is present. If this is the case, we will notify you once your order has been placed and make alternative delivery arrangements.
